Sat nam! Nobody likes being angry. It doesn’t feel good, and it usually doesn’t lead to anything helpful. Anger is a reactive emotion that can come up when we’re hurt, or when things feel unfair—but staying angry just wears us down. It messes with our heads, our health, and our relationships. Most of the time, it’s not even about what’s happening right now—it’s old stuff bubbling up from the past. We want to be more present, and deep down, we all just want to feel calm, understood, and at peace. We will be practicing the Burn inner anger meditation today. When done regularly, even for just eleven minutes a day, this meditation begins to rebuild a powerful immune system. "With consistency—forty days of daily practice—you may become a different person." - Yogi Bhajan
