These classes are open to beginners and returning students. Join online via Zoom or come along in-person.

Single Seated Yoga Pass

A gentle seated yoga class every Monday 9.30 am and Thursday 8 am. Classes are designed for seniors who want to stay active and feel supported. We move safely, focusing on breathwork and stretches to help the body feel steadier and more comfortable. This class is easy to follow, and you can join in from home online with a sturdy chair. An optional 10-class pass is available on request.

The Private Practice

This is a private one-on-one Kundalini Yoga series offered over eight sessions. The work unfolds slowly and with care. Each session is shaped around your nervous system and what you are moving through. The practice builds over time, so it can support real change. This is for people who want a practice that holds up beyond the mat.
